Our Services

The NTS Group Department is a team of experienced travel consultants trained in the handling of a wide variety of group travel, group hotels, and corporate meetings including domestic and international programs such as sports team travel, student travel, professional conferences, meetings and retreats. We handle the developmental responsibilities from destination research, program design, and contract negotiation, as well as the finishing process of submitting/updating group traveler information, tracking airline schedule changes, final ticketing, as well as coordinating with the NTS Event Management Team for ground transportation and hotel room block management and any other services requested by the client. NTS Accounting then provides all post trip documentation and reporting for billing and expensing purposes.
